So this is my first review on this blog.
The product that I will review today is Innisfree Whitening Pore Synergy Serum. This serum is the first product that I tried from Innisfree. At First, I bought this because of my post-pimple dark spot on my face. They claimed that this serum can brighten the dark spot and I was curious to try all korean skin care Innisfree product since (they said) it's using natural and pure ingredients from clean nature.

What it is :
[The synergy serum with ampoule that takes care of your skin tone, dark spots, and skin texture for transparency and brightness]
1. The 6 types of citrus flavonoid in fresh tangerine peel water make the skin flawless.
2. The serum brightens dull and uneven skin tones and dark spots by suppressing melanin formation, smoothening the texture around the pores to make the skin glow
The skin layer moisturizes the skin from deep inside, while the lotion later makes the skin smooth and supple.
3. Double-layer essential skin combined with lotion
How to use :
1. Apply another layer and pat for penetration on areas with dark spots. * The ampoule mixes with the serum and comes out white after 3-4 uses.
2. Pump 1-2 times and apply smoothly over your face as your regular serum for penetration.
The bottle is doff transparant, but you can't see the serum inside. There is a pump so it's hygienic and easy to use. I normally just use one pump and it is enough to cover all of my face.
This serum liquid is water based, so it feels light, not heavy, and it absorbs quite fast. I really like using it in the morning. It smells good too, like orange flavour. After using it for a while, maybe for about two weeks, I can see my dark spot is fading. Especially on new dark spot, it's quite fast to brighten. For me, just in a month I can already see my new dark spot is gone.
Please remember that the dark spot I have been talking about here is the post-pimple dark spot, not the hyperpigmentation dark spot. Not sure if this serum can brighten hyperpigmentation dark spot or not, because I don't have any.
Overall, this Innisfree Whitening Pore Synergy Serum is really good to brighten your dark spot, but if you are looking for something to whiten your whole face, I don't think the result will be as significant. Yes I can feel my face has been brighter (not whiten) since I was using it, but it was not so obvious though. I cant really see the difference, but well, maybe it depends on your skin color.
